Can we use or download Pairlum today?
Pairlum is in pre-launch. This page is a preview and early-access list, rather than a public app signup or download. We will email invitations as access becomes available. A launch date and supported-device details have not been announced.
Who is Pairlum for?
Pairlum is designed for adult couples, with a special focus on people living apart. Couples in the same city can also register interest. You do not need to be married to join the list.
What happens after we join?
Your signup is confirmed on this page. We save your place on the interest list and email you when invitations or launch updates are ready. Joining does not guarantee immediate access. No payment or app account is created.
Does my partner need to join the list too?
One of you can register interest for your couple using your own email address. When the app opens, each partner will have their own account and join the same private space through an invitation.
Is there free access?
Yes. The planned First Chapter gives you a free beginning with limited storage. Paid membership offers fuller digital access and more storage. Exact storage allowances and feature availability will be explained before app access opens.
Do we need two paid memberships?
No. One paid membership covers both partners in one shared space. Each person keeps their own account; one partner’s membership provides the shared plan benefits.
Does monthly membership include the physical Book?
No. Monthly membership is digital-only. A printed Pairlum Book is included only with Membership + Book, after one year on that membership. Book selection, delivery and availability details will be shared before purchase.
What makes Pairlum different from our everyday chats?
Pairlum is being built to bring the small things from both your days into one lasting relationship story: photos with your voice attached, parallel moments, letters and shared history. The focus is everyday presence and memories you can return to.
What personal details do we share here?
Only your first name, email and an optional relationship category. This landing page does not collect your private photos, voice notes, letters or partner’s contact details. Whose Book is shown in the preview?
The viewer shows “Two years with you”, the real-couple book featuring Issy and Jayden. Their photographs, words and memories are credited beside the viewer. It is a reference for the experience.
Can I stop updates or delete my signup?
Yes. Email pairlum.co@gmail.com from the address you registered with to stop updates, correct your details or request deletion. Joining is optional and free. Clearing browser storage does not remove your signup from the server. Contact us ↗.
Is there a refund if we change our minds?
Yes. When paid membership opens, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of paying, for any reason. Email pairlum.co@gmail.com from the address you paid with.
What will storage, features and Book delivery look like?
Exact storage allowances, feature availability and Book delivery details will be confirmed before paid membership opens. Joining today only adds you to the early-access list.
