Who handles your details
Pairlum is operated by Om Dangi, based in India. Om Dangi manages the landing page and early-access waitlist and decides how signup details are used. Our privacy contact is pairlum.co@gmail.com.
What we collect
- From the signup form: your first name, email address and, optionally, whether you live apart, live in the same city, or prefer not to say.
- Signup records: the date and time, the notice version associated with your consent, and source, medium or campaign tags present in the link you followed.
- Security and operation: hosting providers receive ordinary network requests, which can include an IP address, browser information and request details. Our form provider, Netlify, may use your IP address and browser details to filter spam and automated submissions.
- If you contact us: your email address and the message you send.
The waitlist does not ask for your partner’s email, private photos, videos, voice notes, letters, payment details or identity documents. Please do not include sensitive relationship information in a contact message.
Why we use it
We use your signup details to maintain the waitlist, understand interest in Pairlum, invite couples when access is available and send early-access or launch updates. Your email consent is optional: you can browse this page without joining. Security information helps prevent spam and keep the form available. We use contact messages to answer questions and handle requests.
Where a lawful basis is required, we rely on your consent for waitlist participation and email updates, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining a secure website where permitted. We may also process information when required by applicable law.
Who receives it
The waitlist is only visible to the Pairlum team’s Netlify account. We use Netlify to host the site and to receive and store form submissions (Netlify Forms, including its spam filtering), and Gmail to receive and respond to emails. Google Fonts serves the landing page’s fonts and receives browser requests when those fonts load. We do not currently include advertising pixels or an external visitor-analytics service in the landing-page code.
Service providers process information needed to deliver their services. If we introduce another email or analytics provider, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before using it for a new purpose. We may disclose information when legally required, or when necessary and lawful to protect people or the site.
Where it is processed and how it is protected
Our service providers may process information outside your country. Do not assume that signup details are stored only in India. The site uses HTTPS, restricts access to the signup list, validates submissions and filters spam. No online system can guarantee complete security. We will use safeguards and provide notices required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We retain signup details while they are needed to manage early access and the updates you requested. When that purpose ends, or you ask us to delete your entry, we will remove it unless a limited legal or security reason requires retention. Contact correspondence may be kept while resolving your enquiry or request. Hosting and form providers manage their own operational and spam-filtering logs.
Your choices and rights
Email pairlum.co@gmail.com to withdraw consent, stop updates, request access to your signup details, correct them or ask for deletion. Use the email address you joined with; we may ask for proportionate verification before releasing or changing a record. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.
Additional rights, including objection, restriction or portability, may apply depending on your location and the law. Contact us to exercise them or raise a concern. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority where that right applies. We will handle requests within applicable legal time limits.
Adults only
Joining is for people aged 18 or over. If you believe someone under 18 has registered, contact us so we can investigate and remove the entry.
Updates to this notice
We will update the effective date when this notice changes. If we plan a materially different use of existing signup details, we will inform affected people and seek new consent where required.
Early-access terms.
What you are joining
This page invites you to register interest in Pairlum. By submitting the form, you agree to these early-access terms. Joining is free and creates no paid subscription, app account or private couple’s space.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 and use an email address you control. One person may express interest for their couple, but the signup belongs to the person who submits it. Do not provide another person’s details without permission.
What joining does not promise
Joining does not guarantee an invitation, a place in a beta group, a launch date, a membership price, a discount or a physical Pairlum Book. We may offer access in stages, change the planned features or pause the project. We will explain any beta conditions before you choose to participate.
Product scenes illustrate the planned experience. The interactive Book displays “Two years with you”, an existing real-couple book featuring Issy & Jayden, as a design reference. We credit the couple for their photographs, words and memories; rights remain with their respective owners. This preview does not contain your private memories.
The app will offer free First Chapter access with limited storage and two paid options: digital Membership with fuller access and more storage, and Membership + Book. One paid membership covers both partners in one shared space; each partner has their own account. Monthly membership is digital-only and includes no physical Book. A printed Book is included only with Membership + Book, after one year on that membership. Exact storage limits, prices, feature availability and Book delivery terms will be provided before any purchase.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
No payment is collected on this landing page, so there is no waitlist charge to cancel or refund. You can leave the list at any time. If paid services open later, their payment, cancellation and Book-delivery terms will be shown before you pay.
7-day full refund. When paid membership opens, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of paying, for any reason. Email pairlum.co@gmail.com from the address you paid with.
Use the page respectfully
Do not submit spam, impersonate someone, bypass security controls, interfere with the site or use it unlawfully. Pairlum branding and original site content are protected by their owners’ rights; third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences. These terms do not grant permission to reuse protected content.
Availability and your rights
The landing page and previews may change or be temporarily unavailable. External sites, such as Instagram, have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as early access develops. Material changes affecting existing signups will be communicated where appropriate. Changes do not authorise new uses of your personal data without any consent required by law. Contact us at pairlum.co@gmail.com with questions.
